UK Delivery

For standard deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland we will use Royal Mail First Class. Items will normally be dispatched within two-three working days.

If you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will put a card through your door informing you of how and where to collect your delivery or how to arrange re-delivery.

For Express deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery:please contact us to arrange payment of additional charges.

The Whiting Post take no responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail.

International Delivery

For internatonal deliveries, your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail. Items will normally be dispatched within two/three working days.

Packages weighing more than 2kg will have an additional shipping charge depending on weight, which will be quoted by email before despatch.

Customs

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will be required to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional customs charges must be settled by you.

Returns and Exchanges for website transactions

If you are unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a refund. Should you need to contact us by email, please do so to admin@thewhitingpost.com.

You can return the goods to us unworn, undamaged, unmarked, odour free and with the original labels attached in pristine condition and each garment in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt to request an exchange or receive a full refund.

When trying on a garment please make sure you are not wearing make-up or perfume or deodorant which may in any way result in the above list of damages.

We are unable to exchange or refund any garment which is damaged as above or shows signs of wear.

Some of our products are non-returnable due to Hygiene reasons including – Underwear, Swimwear, Hosiery, Pierced Earrings.

Please include the reason for returning your purchase,together with a contact telephone number, and the original packing slip and send together with the goods to :

We are not responsible for return postage to us unless an item is faulty, the description is materially inaccurate or your order is packed incorrectly.

Please retain Proof of Posting from your shipper as without this we cannot be held responsible for items which fail to reach us.

Exchanges will be despatched back to you at your cost.

We aim to process returns within 48 hrs of receipt but this time may be longer during busy periods.

Refunds will be re-credited to the credit / debit card used to pay for the order usually within 3/4 working days of our acceptance and processing of the returned goods.

Please note that some Banks may take up to 30 days to re-credit the amount.

Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be re-credited to the original purchaser.

Please note that the exchange period for Sale or Special Promotion products is 7 Days.

Discounted goods will only be refunded to the value of the Sale / Promotional value.
