However if we discover an error in the details of goods that have been ordered then we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of canceling or continuing with the order. A full refund will be given for any cancelled order.
Please note that the colour accuracy of the displayed product image will be dependent on the resolution of your monitor. Therefore please allow for small colour discrepancies when you receive your actual order.

Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur where we identify a product pricing or description error, the ordered item is out of stock or unavailable, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment.

If your order has already been dispatched you can return the goods to us unworn, undamaged, odour free and with the original labels attached within 7 days of receipt to receive a full refund, less postage costs.

thewhitingpost.com accept most major credit / debit cards. All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods.

All items must be paid for before dispatch.
We will usually dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment from your card provider.
Our Right to Cancel Orders :
